Starting anything new can some times feel overwhelming. Knowing this, we’ve carefully outlined the steps needed to help you get started when you need quality physical therapy.
First, we recommend that you get to know about our company, including our professional staff and our programs at Alpine.
Go to www.AlpinePTmissoula.com. Begin by perusing key pages, such as Therapies, Services, & Programs/Specialities. You may also wish to know the caliber of our physical therapists. To do so, visit the About Us/Staff page. Here you can click on the names of each of our therapists. Be sure to also click on Certifications for a growing list of areas in which we have attained advanced certification.
Second, call our clinics to schedule. Our main number is 251-2323. However, if you prefer to have physical therapy on the north of Missoula, call our north office at 541-2606. Be sure to have your insurance information available. We’ll take the information and perform a courtesy check of your benefits.
Third, you have the option of obtaining all the needed intake forms. Simply go to the Forms page on the website and download the four forms listed under “New Patient Forms.”

Fourth, please plan on coming 15 minutes before the start of your first appointment to ensure all your paperwork is complete. We’ll orient you on everything you need to know for your first and subsequent visits.
Be sure to bring your physician’s referral, your insurance card (if applicable), and wear comfortable clothes. You’ll then meet your physical therapist who will take time to get to know you and your condition. After evaluating you, your physical therapist will design a treatment program. Each person’s situation is unique, so your care plan will be set up just for you.
