The Core Studio at Alpine introduces a new, exhilarating, and effective exercise method. It’s called CoreAlign. Think of it as Pilates exercise on skates! Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman of Tel Aviv, Isreal, CoreAlign is a new rage in rehab and fitness that just hit the US.
Alpine’s owner, Brent Dodge, PT, states: “We used the prototype for several months with our physical therapy patients and saw worthy results with our patients. Notably, they feel it in their core, and their movements improve dramatically. . . and quickly. It was logical to us that people would then want to continue training with the CoreAlign method after their therapy, much like patients do with Pilates when they’ve done their rehab in settings that utilize Pilates Method.”
Dodge adds: “That’s why we decided to open an exercise center within our new physical therapy facility on north Reserve. People can transition from their rehab and progress with exercise in a physical therapy directed exercise modality.”
The Core Studio at Alpine, located within Alpine Physical Therapy north (2965 Stockyard Road, just east of Carino’s) also offers group exercise classes using CoreAlign and Pilates, giving people affordable access to fun and intelligent exercise. Currently, people are getting 20% off on introductory exercise classes at The Core Studio. For more information, please visit our website at www.CoreStudioMissoula.com.
