Breakthrough for Fast Relief at Work

New breakthroughs in pain relief are flowing through the pipeline. Over 20 years, I’ve worked with numerous people who suffer from neck pain, headaches, muscle tension, and stress while working at a computer.

Through my work with John Iams, a San Diego based physical therapist and inventor of Primal Reflex Release Technique® (PRRT), I learned a fast and effective method to conquer these pain maladies.

This method is so simple and so fast, it’s worth discussing here. Technically it’s called the trigeminal downregulation technique. To simplify, I’ll call it the chin press.

By pressing upward in the soft spot under each side of the jaw, you set up a reflex to prevent from biting your tongue. In doing so, you’ve introduced the “anti-stress” maneuver. I mean think for a second about what the ultimate example of stress is in the face. That’s right, teeth clenched and eyes wide open! The chin press fosters exactly the opposite, a relaxed opening of the mouth.

As this occurs, the nerves in the back of the brain relax, taking stress out of your jaw, face, neck and shoulders. Ahhhhh. I’m beginning to relax just thinking about it.

Take a couple minutes to view this video in which I detail exactly how to do this unique, powerful, effective, and efficient technique that you can begin using right away.
