A major part of my practice as a physical therapist is treating neck pain. When it strikes, neck pain can take you down. I know. I’ve had my share of it too.
If I had it my way, I’d treat neck pain all day. It’s rewarding to help people whose lives are impeded by this common malady. And I have some techniques that I’ve learned over 20 years as a PT that work well. Some of these approaches have come to the forefront only in the last couple years.
In either case, if you or someone you know is suffering from neck pain, I invite you to delve in to a comprehensive document I wrote on the topic. It’s on my clinic website. And it’s free.
It’s called “A Patient’s Guide to Neck Pain.” You can access it by clicking here.
If you have questions, please feel free to call our clinics at 251-2323 (south) or 541-2606 (north).
